Orders are processed within 72 hours of receiving the order, and as default they will then be sent via standard delivery with Evri which takes 2-4 days. If you opt for next day delivery at check out, please note this will still have the 72 hours of processing before your cookies are dispatched.

If you have any special delivery requests, such as ‘Leave with a neighbor’ or ‘Deliver to reception,’ you can add these in the notes section at checkout. While we will pass these instructions to our courier, we cannot guarantee they will be followed and are not responsible for any issues caused by courier errors.
