At Dunk'd Cookie Bar, all our cookies are freshly baked to order, so we are unable to accept returns. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

If you receive the wrong item or there is an issue with the quality of your order, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the affected items.

We cannot accept responsibility for complaints made after this timeframe.
