A soft vanilla cookie packed with chunks of dark chocolate, finished with a sprinkle of sea salt. Sweet, chocolatey and a little salty.

Had this cookie at the Rockbourne Early Christmas Fair. Very scrummy! I could never bake a cookie this nice myself. Tastes worlds better than supermarket cookies, my gosh. Hard to share with someone (nom nom nom) but dad enjoyed half with me.
